Return Eligibility

You may return a product within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be:

Unused
In original packaging
Without damage
Without signs of wear
With all accessories included

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or worn jewelry
  • Customized or engraved items
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Items damaged after delivery

Return Process

  1. Email us at support@ajewl.com with your order number.
  2. Our team will confirm eligibility.
  3. You will send the item back via courier.
  4. Once inspected, we will process your exchange or refund.

Refund Method

Refund will be issued in the same method as original payment or as store credit (whichever applies).

Processing time: 5–10 working days after item inspection.

Damaged / Wrong Item

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours
  • Share photos/video of the product
  • We will replace it at no additional cost

Return Shipping Charges

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless:

  • Item arrived damaged
