Return Eligibility
You may return a product within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be:

✔ In original packaging
✔ Without damage
✔ Without signs of wear
✔ With all accessories included
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Used or worn jewelry
- Customized or engraved items
- Sale or clearance items
- Items damaged after delivery
Return Process
- Email us at support@ajewl.com with your order number.
- Our team will confirm eligibility.
- You will send the item back via courier.
- Once inspected, we will process your exchange or refund.
Refund Method
Refund will be issued in the same method as original payment or as store credit (whichever applies).
Processing time: 5–10 working days after item inspection.
Damaged / Wrong Item
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours
- Share photos/video of the product
- We will replace it at no additional cost
